Chico and Taco came into our care as kittens from the same litter. Their adoption was delayed due to essential medical care, including neutering, deworming, and recovering from a prolonged cold. Once ready, they found a home but were eventually returned when their adopter could no longer meet their needs. A second placement also didn’t work out, as their new family found them too energetic at night. These affectionate brothers have already faced multiple upheavals, yet they remain inseparable and loving. Taco cannot be adopted without Chico; their bond is essential to their emotional well-being. At our rescue, we believe every cat’s story matters, and understanding their past helps create a successful, lasting adoption. Chico and Taco are now seeking a forever home together, where they can enjoy stability, companionship, and the love they deserve after everything they’ve been through.
