Angel’s journey started with a devastating accident when she was struck by a car. Rescued quickly by one of our team members, she faced a grim diagnosis: she might never walk again, and euthanasia was considered. Thanks to the hope and dedication of her foster mom, Lenka, Angel began a long rehabilitation process. Today, she walks again, though she still wears a diaper for limited bowel control, signaling her foster mom with a charming little “dance.” Angel has settled into her permanent role as a resident with our rescue, where she is safe, loved, and thriving. Her courage, sweet personality, and playful adaptability have won the hearts of everyone around her. While there’s ongoing care and monitoring, Angel will most likely remain with us forever, enjoying a loving environment and the dedicated attention she deserves.
