Volunteer Roles We’re Looking For
Fundraisers & Grant Writers
If you have experience writing grants or creating and organizing fundraising campaigns, we’d love to have you join our team.
We use professional fundraising software called Raisely, which lets you design beautiful, fully branded campaigns - no prior design experience needed. Even if you’ve never used Raisely before, we provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed and make a real impact.
Social Media Content Creators
If you love cats and have an eye for social media trends, this role is for you. We create short, engaging videos (up to one minute) that showcase cats’ rescue and adoption journeys.
Strong storytelling helps cats get noticed and adopted faster. No experience needed - we provide training and tips. If you’re experienced, we’d love your creativity on our team.

Web Designers, Developers & Security Experts
Support our online presence by improving our website, fixing bugs, and updating the website with new content.
Your technical skills help us reach more adopters, volunteers, and supporters while directly supporting our rescue work. You’ll also play a key role in updating cats' profiles, giving them proper visibility and boosting their chances of getting adopted.
Photographers & Videographers
Capture the stories of our rescued cats through photos and videos that help them get noticed and adopted faster.
Your lens can truly save lives by showcasing their personalities, rescue journeys, and transformations. From portraits to short videos, your work will inspire people to adopt, foster, and donate - giving every cat a better chance at a loving home.
Ads & Marketing Specialists
Help us maximize Google Grants and social media advertising campaigns by using your digital marketing expertise to expand our reach and visibility.
You’ll create and optimize campaigns, track performance and analytics, and develop strategies that boost engagement and support our mission. Your work will directly help connect homeless cats in New York City with adopters, volunteers, and donors - giving them a faster path to loving homes.
