- Providing counsel on nonprofit governance and best practices
- Assisting with trademarks, policies, and required state filings
Volunteer Accountant & Financial Manager
As an accountant or financial volunteer, you’ll help ensure our rescue remains transparent, organized, and financially sustainable by supporting critical tasks such as:
- Bookkeeping and transaction oversight
- Budget planning for rescue programs
- Reconciling donations and adoption fees
- Organizing documentation for grants & audits
Animal Software System Administrator (Shelterluv)
As a system administrator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations efficient and organized, ensuring every cat’s information is accurate, such as:
- Managing our Shelterluv animal management system
- Updating and organizing cat profiles - photos, videos, medical logs, general notes
- Processing adoptions fees
